Historic Evolution
The road to “no door” security came as a result of dynamic development in response to sites being compromised. Partial encasement sites (resin encasement) were being stripped of cells, and sites vandalized would inevitably be stripped of anything of apparent value.
Solutions
Our V3RE cabinets are currently a standard external design, that encompasses a specific operators chosen cells encased as part of the manufacturing process. The unit comes included with our 250w/k heat exchanger and fixtures to accommodate all standard switching and sensoring.
Bespoke unit design is achieved based on a MOQ per operator (currently done for two specific customers).
Quality Control
Every unit that leaves manufacturing passes through a stringent QC process. Units are given unique serial numbers and condition & BOMs are referenced and recorded. A video inspection is conducted and saved under the units serial profile immediately preceding dispatch. This includes load and charge testing results.
